Summer Women's Running Group

Our group running program is focused on empowering women via a safe and welcoming environment. The program incudes:

  • 7 weeks of training

  • TWO in person runs per week (Saturday 7:00am and Monday 6pm)

  • Weekly run schedule (5k, 10k plans)

  • Access to members only Facebook page

  • Weekly access to Coach Ashley

  • Dash long sleeve or tanktop tech shirt (new participants) 

Please note that we will typically meet at either a local school parking lot or a local track. Location changes will be communicated with ample notice and will always be in the Beverly area.

$100 for new participants 

$80 for returning participants

Please note that Summer registration will be capped due to the shorter session length and to ensure Coach Ashley can continue providing the personalized, supportive experience Dash is known for. Registration will close on June 15th or once capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Dash reserves the right to adjust registration limits as needed to ensure the best experience for participants. Space is limited and early registration is encouraged.

Summer in-person run dates are: 6/20, 6/22, 6/27, 6/29, 7/6, 7/11, 7/13, 7/18, 7/20, 7/25, 7/27, 8/1. A group run will not be held on July 4th due to holiday but a solo workout will be provided.

Weather Policy: Dash runs take place in most typical New England weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold. Runs may be modified, relocated, delayed, or canceled if conditions are deemed unsafe. Examples include a heat index of 95°F or higher, thunder or lightning within 30 minutes of the scheduled start, icy footing, blizzard or whiteout conditions, or temperatures below 10°F. Weather-related cancellations will not be rescheduled. All weather-related decisions are made at the coach's discretion with participant safety as the top priority.

Virtual 1:1 Run Coaching

Focused on intermediate to advanced runners looking to meet a race speed or distance goal. Plans are virtual and customized for 5k to full marathon depending on your goal.

$300 for first month (new participants) | $200 for first month (returning runners)

$150 after month one

In person runs are not included at this time.

Coach Ashley is the best! The group runs were such a blast even not knowing anyone. Everyone was so supportive and the wide range of running abilities makes the group so accessible and welcoming.
