Fall Women's Running Group

Our group running program is focused on empowering women via a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you have never run before, or you're looking to meet a new goal, Ashley will work to provide a unique and motivating perspective to get you there. The program incudes:

  • 10 weeks of training

  • TWO in person runs per week (Saturday 7:00am and Monday 6pm)

  • Weekly run schedule (5k, 10k)

  • Access to members only Facebook page

  • Weekly access to Coach Ashley

  • Dash long sleeve tech shirt (new participants) 

Please note that we will typically meet at either a local school parking lot or a local track. Location changes will be communicated with ample notice and will always be in the Beverly area.

$120 for new participants 

$100 for returning participants

Virtual Run Coaching

Focused on intermediate to advanced runners looking to meet a race speed or distance goal. Plans are virtual and customized for 5k to full marathon depending on your goal.

$200 for first month

$150 after month one

In person one-on-one add-on is $20 per run.

Coach Ashley is the best! The group runs were such a blast even not knowing anyone. Everyone was so supportive and the wide range of running abilities makes the group so accessible and welcoming.
