Meet the coach!
I’m Ashley Campbell, an RRCA Certified Running Coach, avid runner, and spin instructor based on the North Shore. My running journey began after college as a way to cope with stress, but without proper education on running mechanics, I quickly ran into injuries. These setbacks led me to discover the importance of proper training and techniques, which transformed my approach to running.
After several years of stagnating progress, I took on RRCA training to deepen my knowledge and refine my practice. This training taught me that not every run needs to be fast—true progress comes from balancing endurance runs at a steady pace with focused speed work. I’ve learned how vital it is to train smarter, not harder, to prevent injuries and continue improving.
As a mother of two and a passionate fitness professional, I started Dash Coaching and Training in 2023 with the goal of creating a supportive, welcoming community for women of all experience levels. Whether you’re new to running or have been at it for years, Dash is all about having fun, feeling supported, and building connections, not competing.
