Apparel & Gear Tips
Because we live in New England, it's important to be prepared for the seasons. Below is a guide and some helpful tips and links to my favorite items. Don't forget registered dashers receive 10% off their purchase at New England Running Company as well. Just mention Dash at check-out.

Avoid cotton clothing as it absorbs sweat, weighing you down.
What to wear
Use the chart above to guide you. June - August will likely be 50° - 90° depending on the forecast and time of day, so we're dealing with a bit of a range. Check to see what gear you might already have, but also feel free to leverage some of products I have curated over time (below). These hopefully won't break the bank, but you also don't need to purchase every single item. Reach out to Coach Ashley if you have any questions - nothing is off limits!
SHOES: If you are new to running leverage NE Running Co to fit you for new shoes. If you are a runner already, try to purchase new shoes every 300 - 400 miles. Keep in mind if you wear your running shoes for everyay activites they will need to be replaced sooner.
