Summer 2025
DASH STRONG SERIES
Targeted Strength & Mobility for Runners
Whether you're training for your next race or just want to feel stronger on your runs, The Dash Strong Series delivers targeted strength workouts designed specifically for runners. This 45-minute, outdoor class is led by Coach Ashley and focuses on the muscle groups that matter most—core, glutes, hips, and stabilizers—so you can run smarter, faster, and longer.
The Good Stuff
Pop-up classes available: 6/25, 7/2, 7/9,7/16, 7/23, 7/30 and 8/6 at 6am
Details

6am with 45 minutes of work and a 5 - 10 minute cool-down
North Beverly Elementary School, 48 Putnam St in Beverly
We'll meet on the basketball courts behind the school. Be prepared to park and walk with your equipment :)
What to bring
Yoga mat: This one is a thinner version I like. This one is a thicker version that will take more storage space.
Band: Resistance band. I suggest a light or medium resistance. These ones are good but not as comfortable with shorts. These ones are comfortable but not super stretchy, you'll use the light one.
Free weights: A pair anywhere between 5 - 10 lbs depending on your experience level!
...and WATER!!
Format
We'll warm up as a group followed by strength and mobility moves focused on the large muscle groups that support running (legs and core). With some arm strength sprinkled in.
All experience levels are welcome. Modifications will be provided. We just asked that you are medically cleared to do high intensity exercise.
How to Sign-up
Because this is a pop-up class we can only take 25 sign-up's per class. Every week I will open sign-ups for that Wednesday a few days in advance. You can sign-up via the links below. I'll then ask that you sign a one-time waiver before joining (Summer '25 Dashers has already signed) and Venmo me payment.
